I tried calling Lionel but he didn't pick up the phone. 10mins later, he called me back.

Tomorrow is my Dir. Study class. Haha...this time I've got something to show Sheldon, so hopefully he won't punch and poke me again. I've got to show him two different themes for the characters in the Film.

I suck..I missed the Red Sox Parade.. Livia called me 3 times and I was dying at that time. I felt sick again and I really don't wanna get out of bed. Steph called too but I didn't hear the phone. At that point, I tido mati already.

Yesterday, I received this cheque with the amount of USD200. It didn't say who was it from and I got really suspicious about it. It could be a fake but it looks sooo real. There's the watermark and it has the JP Morgan Chase bank name on it. I showed Steph and we somehow ended up talking about Reader's Digest. You know, Reader's Digest always send those nonsense saying "oh this check could be yours if you stick this lil sticker onto this paper and yada yada yada..." and "oh congratulations! you're a step closer to winning 50k if you buy this collection of encyclopedia nonsense". I used to try it,and so did Steph.. We gave up because it was just never ending. No 50k for us..

Me: HAH?
Operator: Yeah.. you issued this cheque to yourself through BOA.
Me: *think real hard* ...OHHHHHH.. ok i got it. Thanks. Ha ha

Ok so yes, I did issue the cheque to myself and you know how that happen? I was freaking trying to pay my credit card bill and somehow instead of issuing the cheque to BOA, I issued it to myself...AIYOH..so bodoh!!

What a Wonderful Feeling

One of the best feeling for a student is that you skipped a class, feeling all guilty.. and then later found out that your lecturer actually cancelled the class for the day. Wahaha..Syok man the feeling.

So happy to see this today

I skipped my Literature class today because I've got a slight fever, my head was spinning, my nose was leaking, my throat hurts and I was shivering like mad. (I finally on the heater lah..) Must be yesterday's nonsense that got me sick. Good news is that, my diarrhoea is gone. Bwahaha..

Went to work today, and I must say. IT SUCKS!. So many retards.. Seriously, most of the Berklee students especially the angmos.. tak guna otak. Ish.. Today was worst due to the fact I was sick. My head was spinning and I just couldn't wait to go back home. Then Steph asked if I want to eat. I was kinda hungry, so went to Tiger Lily. It's a Malaysian Restaurant right next to my aptm but the shitty part about it is that the food sucks. I didn't feel like eating any pizza or subs so I was find with Tiger Lily tonight. Wanted to get their 'not so good but no choice' Hainanese Chicken Rice but they were out of it. Ended up with Yong Chow fried rice which was tasteless. Me and Steph came up with the same name for it --> Oily Rice. Had a good laugh with Steph. We made so much noise in the restaurant coz we were laughing non stop and kinda banging on the table. I must say, Laughter is the best medicine. I was cured after that! haha no more fever..

Thought of posting some videos from yesterday but I've decided to wait till tommorrow. There's going to be a RED SOX parade!! The team will be parading the trophy from Fenway to Govt' Center. Hehe.. I wanna see Pedroia!!

I've been using alot of Reason lately, and it's amazing!! I'm so in love with it. I have a feeling my Final Project is going to be allllll REASON!!.. bwahaha..

JUST GOT BACK FROM THE RED SOX MOB..

omg.. this is one of those spontaneous thing that I won't forget. So yes, RED SOX won..and I was chatting with Steph online.

Steph: Everyone is running to kenmore to go nuts
Me: you wanna run there? LET'S RUN
Steph: HAHA.. serious? what if we die?
Me: This is our only chance.It's now or never!!
Steph: omg. I have to wear clothes. so fucking cold
Me: eh..serious ah?
Steph: you say one wor!!
Me: Actually what do they do there?
Steph: Run in the crowd lah. Let's just go outside and yell
Me: haha ok....fark! it's 10 degrees!!!

And next thing I know, Steph was knocking on my door. We started burst out laughing when we saw each other. When we step out of the aptm, it was FARKINGGGGG COLD!!!! I wore my one and only Red Sox t-shirt, and Steph wore my Red Sox cap. It was so freaking cold that we have to jog there.

When we got there, there was a mob of people just jumping up and down.. screaming and watching people climbing up the traffic light pole and fall. And then, the cops on horses arrived and all of us began to RRRRRUUUUUNNNNN!!!!!!! and stop.. and we went back and jump and sing even more.. and suddenly, we start to RUUUUUUUUNNNN!!!! and stop.. yes, that was basically what me and steph were doing the entire night... RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNN and stop. There were times I got really paranoid because I kinda saw the cops coming and people were running therefore I began to run like crazy, and pulling Steph along. Steph was like WAIT!!!! why are we running?!!? ..hahah..so silly man...


We began to sing songs like ♪Sweeeet Caroline..OH OH OH.. Good times never seem so good..SO GOOD SO GOOD SO GOOD♪, ♪Take me out to the balll game..♪ and also (I don't know how this came about) ♪Ole.. ole ole oleeee♪

And of the course, the usual "Let's go Red Sox" chants..

Me and Steph were basically waiting for something to happen. Like, maybe the cops chasing after the people..or everyone start running crazily on the streets. Some people took out the sign boards from the ground and start doing some cult-ish thing. There were also people with brooms. And then.. there was fire out of nowhere.. And glassss.. and water??..It did get a little rowdy, especially when they started vandalising the RED MINI COOPER (so sakit hati) and overturn the pickup truck. We just hang out around the Mini Cooper for awhile because we don't want to get into trouble.

The cops pushed us until 1140 Boylston. And then, we were kinda stuck. There was this human wall near the BOA on Boylston. We were not allowed to go over to Mass Ave. Which made alot of people mad because they have to make a big round to get back home. Then we were pushed into Hemenway St. The cops shooed everyone who was on the street into Hemenway. There were a group of people having pizza outside Steve's and they were shooed too. Haha.. Eventually, the cops close the pizza parlour for the night.

While we were walking back, there was this other idiot making a whole racket with the Stop Sign that he pulled out from the ground. People were busy cheering and shouting and screaming.. Then two cops came..haha.. The guy faster put the sign down and pretend to not know what was going on. So bodoh. Ohh.. And there was this group of American girls...Aduhai, perempuan USA memang bodoh sial. Tengok muka mereka pun mau lempang kau kau. Dahlah tak cantik, tapi takde otak pun. So annoying man. They were jumping around the cop like some "ring a round nonsense". Obviously the cop didn't give a fuck. After that, they start chanting "Let's go Red Sox ooh ooh ooh" that sounded like some chi hua hua. Wahlau, me and Steph mau tumbuk them man. Then.. one of the girls wants to PEE!!! at some corner.. Alamak..
Finally, me and Steph got back home. While we were going in;

Steph: Hey I feel like shouting to her if she got a good piss.
Me: Hah.. they got 4 , we got 2.. anything we die leh
Steph: Nvm.. we stay in this building mah
Me: Oh ok.. I go get ready to open the door then we run in.
Steph: *opens main door* DID YOU HAVE A GOOD PISS!!!!!!!
*run*run*run*run*run

And somehow, Me and Steph started to do random shouts like idiots in the aptm. So much nonsense for one night.

Haha Congrats Red Sox for being the Champions again. Looks like I gotta get some Red Sox memorabilla before I go back.

Ok..Im seriously beat right now. I can feel my tekak sakit dah because of all the random screamings and all.. I will post the videos some other day. Aight' Nites nites people..

Mama Mel just called from JFK. She's been having trouble with the security in Logan and JFK because they were suspicious over her MOTU. Now I know not to bring my MOTU in my hand carry luggage when it's my turn to go back :D

I think my 5 year old nephew is probably gay. Most of the reasons are superficial (he says that Zac Efron is really cute) but I also have a hunch. If he is gay, it's cool by me. The problem is my bro also thinks his son might be gay and he is not cool with it. He's 'nice' about it, but he has taken to prohibiting most of the things my nephew loves to do: putting makeup, watching and dancing along to musicals with vampy women (like Chicago), playing dress up. My nephew can tell that his dad thinks there is something shameful about his doing these things, but asks me in themost heartbreaking way if we can do those things when we're at my house and not tell his dad.

Question 1: Is it even possible to tell the sexual preference of a child so young?
Question 2: Is it wrong for me to indulge my nephew even though my brother has told me that he doesn't want my nephew doing those things?

Answer 1: There's a 99% chance your nephew is gay and a 100% chance that your brother will regret his actions. He's emotionally abusing his son-and for what? Yay! Finally got my Apple shoes from camper. I've been eyeing on it for about a month and I finally went into the store to try it. The leather wasn't as soft as my LOVE camper shoes but its still wearable. SOOO CUUTEEE! I've got to have it. This is definitely one of those pairs that I'm gonna wear it pretty often. :D

Today was a shopping day for me. I was suppose to accompany mama Mel to find dresses for her wedding dinners. Somehow, I came back with a pair of shoes, a dress, and some makeup *weeee* I can't wait to play with the makeup. I couldn't decide which set of colours to get from Bare Minerals. So I asked one of the girls there and she say I should go for the Tahitian sunset glimpses (aka brown) because of my "golden" complexion. Wahlau.. first time I hear such description of my complexion. It's usually "eh you quite fair" or "wahh..why you so dark like mangali already" (that's what my mom usually says).

Mama Mel had a hard time looking for clothes. Luckily our last stop at FCUK was lucky. There were quite a number of cute dresses on sale. Aih.. me and sale items always got no luck. I can never find my size in sale racks. There was a dress in FCUK that I've been eyeing on for quite some time too and since I've got to wait for Mel to try on her clothes, I decided to have some fun myself. Turns out it fits me!! Another 'gotta have it' item for me. Bwahah..

While I was in FCUK, there was this guy who served me. I think he's a newbie because he's all shy and like "soh chai". He seems nice and he gave me a couple of compliments too but those compliments seemed abit 'forced', like it's part of his job to make the customers happy.

Me and Mel were waiting at the counter to pay for our items, then this other 'happy' guy came over to Mel and said "ohhhhh do you have tights to go with that dress? ohhh you gotta have tights..ohhh come let me show you.. we have alot of cute tights." Mel was like "shittt.. aihh", and have to go 'layan' that fella by looking at the tights. I quickly walked away to pretend to look at other stuff.

Then, he came from behind and said "oooh look at this dresss!!! it'll look so cute on you!! " Aihh.. tak boleh lari.. Luckily that dress is some woolen thing and I told him I'm allergic to that kind of stuff.. Cepat cabut.. Sometimes I miss the Msian salesperson attitude. You come in look at the store.. nothing.. ok leave.. You wanna buy? ok try and then pay..then bye.. See, so simple. In US, omg.. it can be so tiring because;

1) Salespeople in the US stores tend to be amazingly enthusiastic. You'll be attacked by the usual HIIIIII HOW ARE YOUUUUU!!!!

2) It takes less than 2 seconds for someone to come right behind you and say "Is there anything particular that you're looking for?"

3) When you want to try a garment, you have to ask someone to open the doors cause they are always locked.

4) Once you go into the fitting room, it takes about 10 seconds for them to come and check on you if you're alright

5) You must be alert if someone is knocking on your door because if you don't give an indication that you're in there, they will open it for other customers.

6) When you pay, the cashier will ask "did anyone help you today?" and you'll be cracking your head to try and remember what's that fella's name or simply just point.

7) Then you gotta wait for them to wrap your stuff in some fancy tissue paper which is such a waste because it's like giving me more junk.

See!! so freaking tiring man...

Enough shopping, today is the second game of the World Series 07. Yesterday, Red Sox trashed the Rookies Rockies with 13-1.. I didn't get to watch the game because I was working. According to Livia, the Rookies Rockies pitcher seemed very inexperianced and the rest just can't seem to catch the ball. Today's game seems abit duh.. The Red Sox seems so blur and have some trouble catching the ball. Still, they won by 2-1. Yay!! Hopefully Red Sox will keep a good game today! I really want to see them win before I leave Boston.

Hey pple, I'm not abandoning my blog again. I've been busy lately, dealing with work and all sorts of nonsense. Only eating a meal a day, and getting 4 hours of sleep. GGGaaahhh. I wanna go homeeeeee!!

My f***ed up sleeping time is killing me. I can't be sleeping at 7am and waking at 4pm everyday.Arrrghhhh... I tried forcing myself to sleep much earlier but I'll just end tossing and tossing which is pretty annoying. Then, I'll end up having a migraine when I have to wake up for class coz I probably only slept for 3-4 hours. And when that happen, I thought I'll be easily sleepy when night comes due to insufficient rest. But no wor, it's still the same. GGGWWAAHH!!!

Ok, so finally my dad replied.
He's currently at Semporna, Sabah. Looking at one of the most beautiful beaches which is about 50 acres. He also mentioned that the place is famous for Abu Sayyad(i believe it's actually called the Abu Sayyaf) terrorist group.

At the mean time, I'm also chatting with my godmum and she jokingly said;

Wahaha..imagine if we really stay on an island, confirm die.

1. I can take off but got problem landing (too light).

Project Runway, Edison Chen.. wat else wat else?

Aaahh..Back to work. 10 minutes late this time, but it's fine since I'm working night shift and there ain't that many hardworking Berklee students anyway :P I left the apartment late because I was watching this season's America's Next Top Model SEASON 3!! (no wonder Amanda was so familiar). I don't find this season's models that impressive. I was watching the makeover episode and most of those makeovers could have been better. Okay nevermind, no comments about the show then. It's an old season so therefore they haven't exactly fully develop the show at that point. That shows how often I watch tv. The only show that would probably make me watch the tv religiously would be The Project Runway...and TVB dramas (the 'tuk tuk chang' type)

I love Jeffrey the most from Season 3 and I'm glad he won. I love his creations especially the yellow dress that he created for the "Couture Round". The last time my parents and my aunt came, we went to New York and I brought them to Fashion Avenue where the contestants bought their fabrics. I bought a fabric that looks very similar to the yellow but mine is blue and red (i think.. ). Hee hee when I go back to Malaysia, I'm going to ask my aunt to make me a "Jeffrey dress".


I hope the next season won't start so soon coz I need to start focusing on my FINAL PROJECT! (my last filmscoring project in Berklee ). I haven't choose my film yet but I have a strong feeling I'll be doing either a 'psycho' film or the Baraka documentary. My recording session for the project is going to be on the 30th Nov 10am-3pm..yay! 5 hours for me to play with all the knobs and buttons, hope I don't screw it up. Fred is going to be my engineer..(no comment)

Before work, I had my dinner at Mentei Japanese Noodle House with Babi Tuts and Livia-Cirrus. Apparently someone else decide to eat his dinner there too...


Haha yes.. Edison Chen! When I first saw him, he looked really familiar because of his earrings and the way he dress. Then Livia whispered "Hey do you know who that is?". Confirm lah is him. Plus Livia is a hong kee and she used to work for him.

Being my kay-po self, I smsed Grace La La about it. Wahaha she called me and asked me;

I just finished my first Directed Study Filmscoring project. I have to score for a main title and I chose Millennium because it's the shortest among the rest..haha.. There were other selections such as Hercules, Star Trek, Nip/Tuck, 6 feet Under, etc etc.. I chose Millennium not only because of the length but also the fact that I didn't really like the music (sorry lah Mark Snow, I like your work very much, especially X-Files.. but this one not so happening ah). 6 feet under would have been fun to score but wahahaha, I don't think I can make it sound any better than it already is. *kow tow to Thomas Newman* I manage to get a picture with Thomas Newman the last time he visited Berklee.

Oh by the way, I'm taking my directed study with Sheldon Mirowitz. Great, wacky and in your face kinda guy. He told us to write down 7 adjectives of the video that we picked. I wrote down eerie, mysterious, uneasy.. bla bla. the usual..Sheldon say I missed the word 'sexy' in my list because there was this scene where the girl was 'rubbing' her hands. According to him, she was masturbating..

Working in ML 9:41pm Oct 1/07

Yes!! I'm finally updating my blog. I felt like I just poured water on a dried vegetable and its a fresh one now. Hurray to fresh baby bok choy!!

It's been 2 hours and 43 minutes in the media lab. Not much entertainment so far, except for one fella who had trouble printing from his laptop. Guess what's the problem?! He didnt plug in the ethernet cable *piak*! And i actually took it up and look at him with that 'ahem' look. I thought he'll go 'oooohhh that's why', instead he just gave me a blank look. Like it wasn't obvious enough. Then, I went to my second most popular question while working in media lab, "Have you printed here before?". Of course, I was waiting for a "no" answer. Instead, he hit me with a great "YES". Double *piak* for me.

I'm currently super..SUPER.. THIRSTY. I'm waiting for someone to come save me. Ugh, can feel some unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Aih, its been 2 hours and 53 minutes now. I should probably get back to my reading. I have to read 3 short stories from Nathaniel Hawthorne for my College Writing 2 class. I'm currently working on Rappaccini's Daughter. Speaking of College Writing, it's so sakit hati loh. This course suck the most money out of me (more than any of the music courses that i've taken). 1) Took an online course with Bunker Hill College =$900 FAIL (due to incomplete because I was given the wrong book,I only realized it when the course was about to finish)

2) Took the CLEP test (a test out exam) with Tuts, Yen and Jon = $100 FAIL (due to how powderful my england is)

3) Currently taking the College Writing 2 in Berklee. = $2700 *In Process

Aih, I wave the white flag in the end. The reason I didnt want to take my English course in Berklee is because it's sooo freaking expensive! I know it would be easier to pass if I do it in Berklee. Now, aih.. wasted an extra 1000bucks. Well, at least i did my Western Civilization 1 and 2 in Quincy College and that saved me a total of $4400!! Me,Tuts and Yen had to go through some serious studying shit for those courses. They were crash courses, so we had to study some.. er.. i duno.. 600 years of civilization in 5 weeks. We need to do 4 exams, 4 papers and 12 quizzes, and also those classes are 4 hours long, twice a week. A total of 16 hours of history crammed into a musician's brain is no joke!!! Darrell Lagace, you're the champion lah..

Yes! My drink has arrive. Tuts brought me a Vita Mango Juice drink which she had took it from Grace's fridge without her knowing :P Not only that, she also brought TITO!! Tito is currently hanging on my laptop and someone just say he's cute..weeeee
